Introduction
HEC Saudi Arabia Scholarships 2022-23 is open to all Pakistanis. The Higher Education Commission recently announced Saudi Arabia Fully Supported scholarships for Citizens of Pakistan. Each year HEC announces several scholarship programs for students who want to pursue their Undergraduate, Graduate, Diploma, and PhD programs.

These bursaries are awarded to 25 Universities in the State as given below in the following categories. Each University is authorized to enroll only 5 percent of International students with the exception of the University of Princess Noor Binte Abdul Rehman for girls, Riyadh and Jamia Islamia Madinah Munawara. Percentage of admission to the University of Princess Noor Binte Abdul Rehman for girls, Riyadh in the province is 8 percent, and Jamia Islamia Madinah Munawara gives 85% admission to the provinces.
The University will forward the application to the Saudi Department of Education which decides the final bursary award to Eligible applicants.
Applicants should apply online on websites of Saudi Universities and are advised to share a copy of the application form with Pakistani embassy, Riyadh Pahrepriyad@mofa.gov.pk to be followed up with the Minister of Education, Saudi Arabia and the relevant University for scholarships.

Eligibility Criteria
- All Pakistani Students are Eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- Minimum age of 17-25 years for Bachelor's degree programs.
- Minimum 30 years of age to apply in Masters programs.
- Under 35 years of age to get admission in PhD programs.
- Students must not hold any other bursary prize.
- Students should not be placed in any educational institution.
- Both Men / Women candidates can apply for this bursary scheme.
- Selected candidates will join the program in September / October each year in Saudi Arabia.
- 25% of bursaries will be awarded to Pakistani Nationals living in Saudi Arabia and 75% rest will be given to Pakistani students living in Pakistan.
- Students can look at the suitability of each University as it may vary from University to University.

What this Scholarship covers Financially
- This scholarship will provide free Accommodation.
- 03 months furnishing allowance for married students on arrival in Saudi Arabia .
- Facility of Yearly Air ticket.
- Health Insurance for Students and their family, if married.
- 03 months allowance for shipment of books after Graduation.
- Discounted meal will be given.
- Expenses for Travel and Sports
- A Monthly allowance of 900 Saudi Riyal (SR) will be given to Science students and 850 SR to Humanities students.

Deadline for HEC Saudi Arabia Scholarships 2022-23 is different for different Universities. But don’t be late and apply as soon as possible.
