Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, and Zambia can apply.
- Citizens of the Czech Republic, the European Union, and residents of the Czech Republic are not eligible.
- Graduates of a Bachelor’s degree can apply for the follow-up Master’s Program (instructions are given in the Czech language) in selected areas of study, with the one-year preparatory course in the Czech Language.
- Master’s degree holders can apply for the Follow-up Master’s programs or Doctoral programs, where instructions are given in the English language.
- The entrance test is required by the University.
- Specific Language proficiency is required.

- Application form.
- CV, demonstrating educational and work experience.
- Copy of passport.
- Declaration about the acceptance of terms and conditions of the scholarship.
- Declaration about the acceptance of terms and conditions of the Health Services.
- Affirmation of return to the home country after completion of studies.
- Legalized copy of the birth certificate (translated into the Czech language).
- Medical health confirmation (not more than 2 months old).
- Legalized copy of a foreign diploma or Bachelor’s degree program (with a certified translation in the Czech language)
- Legalized copy of diploma supplement or list of completed subjects or examinations (with a certified translation in the Czech language).
- Additional information about the content of foreign University education.
For Doctoral Study Program:
- Application form.
- CV, demonstrating educational and work experience.
- Copy of passport.
- Declaration about the acceptance of terms and conditions of the scholarship.
- Declaration about the acceptance of terms and conditions of the Health Services.
- Affirmation of return to the home country after completion of studies.
- Legalized copy of the birth certificate (translated into the Czech language).
- Medical health confirmation (not more than 2 months old).
- Legalized copy of a foreign diploma or Bachelor’s degree program (with a certified translation in the Czech language).
- Legalized copy of diploma supplement or list of completed subjects or examinations (with a certified translation in the Czech language).
- Additional information about the content of foreign university education.
- Overview of publication.
- Overview of the topics you wish to continue your research upon.
- Ideas about the dissertation thesis in 3 to 5 pages.
- 2 letters of recommendation by your professors.
Deadline
The application deadline for the scholarship is September 30, 2023.
How to Apply
- Students have to apply through the online application available on the official website.
- Fill the form in the Roman alphabet if possible. Otherwise, you can fill it up in English or Czech language.
- Put the assigned application identification number in the right corner.
- Paste the photo in a designated place.
- Fill up all the boxes appropriately.
- Upload the motivation letter, reflecting your interest to pursue the particular degree program.
